Will I be dealing with the same person each time?

Yes, because we are owner operated, each time your bike needs a service, repair, or maintenance work, Anton will be the one taking care of this. We believe this is important as he will get to know your bike and be able to carry out and complete the work as requested without going through a middle man 

How far do you travel for your onsite service? 

We will cover all areas within Canterbury, including Kaikoura, West coast and Akaroa. However feel free to contact us if you fall outside of this area and we can see what we can do to help.

If I book in for a service, will other repair work be completed? 

During a service we will check over the bike and if any other work is required, we will contact the client and discuss first. Often the repair work can be done at the same time, however this can be discussed on a case by case basis 

Do I need to be present during the service and what equipment do I need to provide?  

As long as the bike is accessible you don't need to be present. As part of the onsite service, we provide all equipment and tools. We appreciate you cleaning the bike prior to us coming this will save us time on the service, inturn saving you money.

Will you provide me with a service reminder?  

Yes, at Wells Motorcycles we will send out reminders when your bike is due for a service to save you time. This will keep your bike up to scratch meaning less repair jobs.
